Game Play and Cheating

The use of computers that automatically play games, scripts or ANY automated systems to play world battle ground, or use of any method to gain turns, wealth, armory, soldiers is STRICTLY PROHIBITED. World battleground administrators can and will terminate the account of and permanently ban any player who, in it's sole discretion, determines as being in violation of the World Battleground’s Terms of Service.

If anyone suspects another player of cheating, please contact a game Admin or Moderator and give them the relevant
'factual' evidence, So that they can investigate the alleged cheating, and deal with the situation accordingly.
DO NOT private message the player or accuse them on forums or IRC, this is the Game Admin or Moderator responsibility.

Please do not air documents and start slanderous arguments in these forums, failure to abide by this rule a player may be suspended from forums, and possible game account terminated.


Registration

* You must only register with an email address that is yours.
   Signing up with false email addresses will have your account deleted
* You must NOT register multiple accounts.
* You must NOT have more than one account per person. Having one or more accounts because you have more than
   one computer or because a friend registered an account and gave it to you. This is not acceptable, this is classed
   as cheating, and unfair to other users.


New Players

* New Players that have just registered will be protected against All other players attacking them.
   This is a time limited function, which ends after (0) days of registration or when you accumulate
   a total of (0) hours of online playing time.


Account Usage

* You must NOT share your password or login details with other people, and log into accounts that are not yours.
   This also includes other family members, If there are other members of family in the same household that would
   would like to play wbg, that is connecting from the same primary IP address, they need to first contact
   administration before registration, Failure to do this will result in all accounts from a single IP be terminated.
   (All login IP’s will be logged and monitored, by the game administrators)

* Valid Emails must be in your account details, at all times, if a valid email is not supplied and emails bounce back
   to the game server, your account will be suspended, until such time as a valid email is supplied.

* All game players and non-game players must not bank for each other, Players found to be doing this will
   result in all accounts involved be terminated.

* You may NOT attempt to abuse the server or abuse security holes or any game bugs.
   (If you do find any please do the right thing and email the webmaster at worldbattleground dot com)

* You may NOT use proxy servers (Unless it is a single school, workplace, or internet cafe and must be approved by game Administration)

* You are also NOT permitted to have any automated processes, that repeatedly request pages from the server. This includes recruiter links.

* You are not permitted to use Multiple windows/tabs for attacking or recruiting..Be aware that this rule goes for all available browsers..

* MASSING (mulitple attacking.., continous attacks on a player)
   (Massing is allowed and is encouraged, it is part of different game play strategies.)

Recruiting

* You must NOT spam your link in any messaging service such as IRC Chat Rooms and forums. (Unless Authorised)
* You must NOT Click your link and/or another players more than once every 12 Hours.
   (Proxies are definitely NOT permitted)
* You must NOT put your link in popup windows, inside any frame, or use redirects.
* You must NOT trick people into clicking your link by any means.
* You must NOT use a script/program or any automated process including 'auto refresh' to automatically gain recruits.
* You may however click your own link once every 12 hours, your officers links.
* You may also allow your friends/family to click your link more than once but not within a 12 hour period.
* You may NOT use proxy servers, scripts or any proxy type programs to assist in clicking players recruiting links.
* You may not send/spam recruit links for others games via forum messages, or in the irc chat channels.


Sell-Off's & Withdrawal's

* You must NOT deliberately sell off any of your weapons or withdrawal credits from your bank
   for the purpose of having a friend or another player to attack you for them.
   (Pre-Arranged Attacking is NOT allowed, Accounts found to be doing so will be RESET to Zero, including the Attacker)

Game Administrators assumes no responsibility for the accuracy, currency, completeness or usefulness of information, views, opinions or advice in any material on forums contained on this Web site. In addition, it does not endorse any opinions or recommendations posted by others. The information posted here is the responsibility of the person or persons posting the message. Any user who violates the terms and conditions listed herein may be permanently banned from posting messages. Game administrators have the right to remove any postings we deem necessary. Through use of this forum you must not post any material that is deemed false and inaccurate, abusive, vulgar, hateful, harassing, obscene, sexually oriented, threatening, invasive of a person’s privacy, or violation of any law. You must also agree not to post any copyrighted material unless the copyright is owned by you or this forum board.


Consequences:

If you are found to be in breach of any of the above terms your account will be suspended and/or terminated
without notice, and you will not be able to register again until the next age.
If you are found to be abusing the server to gain privileges you will be banned and your ISP will be notified.
This also may be taken further.


IMPORTANT: This type of game can become very addictive and begin to infect your life in ways of which
you aren't yet aware. Please, for your sake, play this game responsibly. If you are changing your sleep
schedule or blowing off real-life obligations to play this game, you need to step back a bit.
