GAME PLAY

What the yellow Menu links mean

At the top of the game page/s, you'll notice the following yellow links as shown below.

My Account- Takes you directly to your account page, that only you can see.
It gives you all the information for your account.

At the top it tells you the total of how many users that are online right "now", your rank, wealth, tech level, experience and how
many attack turns you have. Directly below it it informs you of when the next turn is (turns changes every 5 minutes).

To gain more soldiers and attack turns, have your friends click on your recruiting link

This is the recruit link you, and others, When clicked you gain 10 attack turns, 10 soldiers, 5 reserve soldiers and also 200,000 credits
in your wealth. In conjunction with this you also receive 10 attack turns.
With each game turn of 5 minutes, you gain 10 attack turns, 10 soldiers, 5 reserve soldiers, plus wealth based upon your commerse level.

There are other additional ways of getting more clicks on your link - check the forums for a link to the World Battleground click master, there's a subforum called Recruiting Centre and from there the Game Link forum in which you can "spam" your link to get clicked, as well as clicking other game players. Also, there are other sites in which to gain clicks, one being a site called Yarolds


- On The Left Side -

Tech Level - Tech level is determined by what upgrades you've made in your research.

Wealth - Money that is currently out/available, that hasn't been spent/banked, that's available for either you to spend/bank or to be attacked by other players gain.

Alliance - An alliance is a group of people playing together. Benefits of being in an alliance are - getting to know people, getting advice/help when requested/needed, extra recruits, etc.

Current Income - How much income you generate per turn.

Auto Bank Amount - The amount of income that's auto deducted from the current income amount, and automatically placed into your bank. It can be researched higher in the research facility. It raises in 3% increments with every research. Maximum of 60% can be achieved.

Experience - The experience that you currently have. Research is important, especially in the early stages of playing, as you need certain experience amounts in order to do research upgrades. You can gain up to 40 experience points from attacking and defending depending on how many
attack turns were used in the battle.

Networth - How much you're worth according to your research and weapons purchases.

Internal Recruited Today - How many players you've recruited today, by clicking the player recruiter link.
Incidently your link may only be clicked once every 12 hours.

Daily External Recruits Received - How many clicks you've received by players, and non players, clicking your link.


Player Options

Change Player Options -

Enter New Commander ID - If you wish to have a commander, this is where you input their ID number. The id number can be found by clicking their link. - http://www.worldbattleground.com/recruit.php?id=1 entering only the number on the end.
I put the number one in bold to illustrate the id number, just as an example to give you the idea of where the id number is located.

This is also where you change/choose your faction, alliance, language, location of where you live, email and password.

Transfers - You can transfer your reserve soldiers.
Decide what amount you would like to transfer into your total fighting army.  



Previous Log-ins - Pretty self explanatory. It lists your previous log ins to the game, ip and time.
Warning: At no point may another person, whether it's a player or non-player, have access to your account.

- On the right side -

Military Statistics

What your attack/defense powers are, on your own, with your officers boost (if you have one) and the combined total from the two along with your total power from all of the attack and defense.

Officers - gives you 5% of his/her own power
Commander Loops - you each receive 15% of each others own power

Army size - Shows you how many soldiers you have in total and reserves

Daily Training Rate - how many soldiers you receive both in your fighting army and also your reserve army at the head
of every daily turnover, if you wish to increase that number you can upgrade your civics on the research page.

Attack - the amount of turns that you currently have.

Daily Attacks Made - how many attacks you've made.
Daily Credits Gained - how many credits you gained from those attacks.
Daily Average Per Attack - what the daily average is for those attacks.
Your daily online time, and your total online time spent on the game.

Credits gained and Lost - how many total credits you've both gained and lost during the game.
Total Attacks Made - how many total attacks you've made so far during the game.
Total Attacks Received - how many total attacks have been made against you during the game.
Soldiers Lost - how many total soldiers you've lost while attacking and defending attacks, during the game.
Soldiers Killed - how many total soldiers you've killed, in total, of other players during the game.
Recruits Received - how many total recruits you've gotten during the game.
Recruits Given - how many recruits you've given to players, in total, by clicking their recruiter links during the game.
Credits (Research) - how much you've spent on researching on upgrades, in total, during the game.
Credits (Attack Weapons) - how much you've spent on attack weapons, in total, during the game.
Credits (Defense Weapons) - how much you've spent on defense weapons, in total, during the game.
Bank Balance - the current total balance in your bank, this includes intrest of 1% incured each game turn.

*You'll notice that there are numbers in green, surrounded by parenthesize, on your account page.
Those tell you where you are ranked compared to other players.

Attack - Takes you directly to the attack page for your rank, and around.

Attack Log - Shows you the attacks you've made.

Defence Log - Shows you the attacks made against you.

Click Log - Shows you who has clicked your link.

Store - World Battleground Store where you can buy, sell and exchange various things.

Forum - Takes you directly to the forums for WBG

Weapons Factory - Takes you directly to the page where you purchase your weapons.

Repair Factory - Takes you directly to the page to make the necessary repairs to your weapons - whether incurred from attacking or defending, or both. When the link turns from yellow to red, that means you have repairs to make.

Ranks - Shows you the assorted ranks for power, networth, bank, experience, army, credits gained, daily attacks made, total attacks made, daily online time and total online time.
As well as Current game stats and the Alliance information.

Research Facility - Takes you directly to the page to make your research upgrades.



Your tech level deals with the weapons you get, according to your research level, the highest research for tech is level 6
Military research adds to 15% to your attack damage.
Science research adds to 15% to your defense.
Banking research doubles your deposit and withdrawal levels, with each bank research upgrade the next research upgrade is double what it currently is.
Auto Banking increases your Auto Banking percent by 3%
Commerce adds an additional 20% wealth per turn.
Civics adds an additional 40% soldiers to your Daily Unit Training Rate.
Agility takes off 1 seconds from your attack delay, the max level is 13

You can chose to upgrade these levels by either paying for it in cash (you can withdraw the amount from the bank you need, as well as paying for it directly after attacking to the amount you need) or by using a wire transfer which deducts the amount listed from your bank, at a higher cost.

Buddy List - Takes you directly to your buddy list page. The purpose for the buddy list are several things. You can mark players as either - neutral, friends, enemies, ignored and alliance members. If you're in an alliance it automatically updates your alliance member buddy list for you.

If you wish to mark players with any of the other options you can do so by clicking their attack page, like this

Recruiter - Takes you directly to the recruiter page. If you're in an alliance you also click an alliance recruiter in addition to the game recruiter, giving you more "clicks" in return than not being in alliance.

Irc Chat - Takes you directly to the java chat login page where you can speak to Admin or other players and also obtain more help.

Check Your Inbox - If it remains yellow, then you have no new private messages. If it is red, then you do have a new message. Clicking it will open up a new browser window directly into your private message area.
The username that you use to play the game is the same to be used to access the forums and your Inbox.

Bank - Takes you directly to the banking page. This is where you bank or withdraw money from your bank. It also shows you how much interest you're accruing based on the amount of your bank with the 1% interest you receive per turn.

Log Out - Self explanatory; also your account logs you out automatically after 20 minutes of inactive idle time.

**Whenever one of the yellow links are red, that means there's an action. Ie. If the repair facility link is red, you need to make repairs, if the check your inbox link is red then you have a private message on the forum.
