Q: I've heard of something called a ''loop''. What is a loop?
A: A Loop is when you are someone's officer and the player you are under (as officer), is under you as well. (example : X is Z's officer and Z is X's officer)

Q: What does a loop give you?
A: It gives you a 15% boost. In other words, you will be stronger if you are looped than if you are only someone's officer.

Q: What does an officer give to their commander?
A: A commander gets 5% of their officer's own power. However, the officer does not lose 5% power. In other words, you wont lose power if you become someone's officer.

Q: What does Faction mean? What is its purpose?
A: Faction is the country you represent in War.
(Set able in My Account under "Change my settings")

Q: What to do if I am not able to access the WBG forum?
A: There could be a number of reasons why.
Please message an admin or alternatively join our IRC Chat.

Q: What are planning turns?
A: 1 planning turn adds 5% damage to the damage you would do without using planning's. If you use 2 planning turns, you will do 10% more damage.
You can use up to 20 planning's / attack. Be careful. 1 planning costs 20 turns.

Q: I want to purchase an item from store. But it tells me I don't have enough funds/wealth. Why?
A: Make sure you have the right amount of Wealth. Wealth is money that is not in your bank. This information is located at the bottom of every game page.Just remember when you purchase something from the store your Player Mode will then be changed to Normal (Store).

Q: What is 'Wire transfer'?
A: Wire Transfer is transferring credits from your Bank Account to the Weapons factory or Research. With using Wire Transfer you do not have to have wealth. Just enough money in the bank for it to be withdrawn. Wire transfers cost 30% more then purchasing by Wealth.

Q: What are the Bonus Points? What do they give me? How to get them?
A:

Bonus Points are points gained for doing general game functions like attacking someone, clicking someone's recruit link, banking money etc..
These points can then be used at the game store to purchase selected items.

Function Points
Clicking Recruiter Button 5
Clicking players recruit link 5
Attack another player 2
Get Attack by player 1
Deposit Credits (subject to conditions) 1
Withdraw Game Credits (subject to conditions) 2

Q: How do I gain experience?
A: Experience is gained when you attack another player or another player attacks you. This Experience helps with your researches. Your experience level is displayed at the top of all game pages. Each attack you do you earn up to 40 experience ponts, depending on How many attack turns you use.

Q: How can I get Attack turns?
A:

Every turn, you get attack turns. Attack turns are also gained via other people clicking your recruit link (your recruit link is visible at the top of the My Account page)
You can also purchase attack turns from store by using your bonus points.

Function Turns
On Game Turn (Every 5 minutes) 2
Receiving a click on your recruit link 10

Q: What is Networth?
A: Networth is the total amount of credits spent on weapons(Weapons Factory), research levels (Research Facility) and in the game store.

Q: How can I become someone's officer?
A: Go to your my account page, then click on player options. You need to enter the ID of the player you want as commander. IDs can be found at the end of a recruit link or at the end of a Take action page, in Attack. Or alternatively ask the person who you wish to have as your commander for their ID Number.

Q: What are Reserves?
A:

Reserves are army trained, but in standby mode. Reserves sit waiting to be transferred to either Attack or Defence.
You can use your Reserves if you need some soldiers. You can transfer them to attack or defence. Its up to you. To transfer your reserves into your army, go to your my account page. Then click on Transfer Reserve Soldiers.
*Remember once you transfer your soldiers to either defence or attack army you cannot change them back to reserves.

Q: In My Account, What are the green numbers between brackets?
A: The numbers in the brackets represent what rank you hold for that Item. e.g.: Total Attack Power (102) That means your rank for Total attack power is 102.

Q: How often can I change my commander?
A: Once every 720 minutes. If less than 720 minutes between trying to change an error will be displayed.

Q: Why does my power go into negative?
A: Most of time, your power goes into negative because you are over-weaponed, which means you have more weapons than men. As Example, If you have more attack weapons than attack soldiers, your power will go into negative. Same applies for defence weapons/defence soldiers.

If this isn't the case, make sure you don't have any repairs to do (Repair facility). Also, look at all your officer's power. If one of your officer's power is in negative/minus, then it will affect your power as well.

Q: Why do I lose lot of soldiers?
A: The more you have soldiers, The more you lose them. Also, as example, if you have a lot of attack soldiers, attack someone, and lose your attack/get defeated, you will lose a lot of soldiers. (because you have lost the attack)

Q: How long does an age last?
A: Currently set to 30 days an age. But at the beginning of every age, Game administrators decide how many days the age will last.
You can see how long the current age has left at the top of every page.

Q: I can't log onto the game I get an error number.
A: When you get an error number you need to keep that number handy. Remember it, message an Admin or Moderator or log into the IRC Chat and ask for assistance.
As each error code means something different.

Q: Does my account expire, If so when?
A: If you do not log into your account after (25) days, The game system will email you
and remind you that your account will be automatically deleted after (250) days.
Once deleted you will need to re-register to play again.
